TFE Hotels is expanding its Tasmanian presence with the launch of Adina Hobart, marking the first time the premium apartment-style hotel brand will be available in Tasmania. The new property is expected to welcome guests in the second half of 2026.

The 48-apartment property will include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations, with interconnecting options available, creating three-bedroom apartments for larger groups. All apartments to feature fully equipped kitchens, providing guests with the flexibility to self-cater during their stay. The hotel will be located within the same mixed-use development as the Vibe Hobart, well positioned in the Hobart CBD.

Adina guests will have full access to the existing onsite facilities including Belvedere restaurant and bar, conferencing facilities, pool and gym, 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and room service. These shared amenities provide the convenience of hotel services while maintaining the independence and space of apartment-style accommodation.
