Coffee, wildlife and raptors join the 2027/28 lineup

Premier Travel Tasmania has confirmed three new tours for 2027/28. The Half Day Private Coffee Connoisseur pairs a boutique roastery and artisan bakery with a brewing masterclass from an 8:30am Hobart CBD pickup. The 7 Day Wildlife Encounter (max 8) runs Hobart to Launceston via Maria Island, Freycinet, the Larapuna / Bay of Fires area and Cradle Mountain, and includes a Bonorong night tour. The Endemic Bird and Raptor Observation Private Tour visits Inala Nature Reserve on Bruny Island and Raptor Refuge.
