AAT Kings Tasmania has launched a 6-day small group guided tour across Tasmania's north-east giving your clients the chance to visit many places off the well-worn tourist path.
The tour departs from Launceston for the wineries and paddock-to-plate dining of the Tamar Valley. Day two is sure to be a highlight that sets this tour apart as clients board a privately chartered scenic flight to explore Flinders Island. From Flinders Island, fly back down Tasmania’s dazzling east coast, passing over the white-sand beaches and aqua waters of the Larapuna / Bay of Fires area and famous Wineglass Bay.
Back at ground level, the wilderness, waters and wildlife of Tasmania’s east coast await at Freycinet National Park, East Coast Natureworld and St Helens. Heading west, your clients can step back in time at the World Heritage-listed Brickendon Historic Farm and Convict Village. This MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience is led by a member of the Archer family, the original owners of the estate.
The final days are spent in and around Devonport, on the north-west coast to get a feel for the food culture and rich heritage that defines this corner of Tasmania.
The 6-day, 5-night tour includes:
- Driver guide
- 5 nights’ accommodation
- 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches
- Chartered scenic Flinders Island flight, touring and seafood lunch
